Foko Clothing
A retro-futurist clothing brand built out of voxel renders. Still going.
Self-initiated. A clothing brand I started around an interest in retro-futurism, worked up as 3D artwork and product mock-ups.
Everything is modelled at low resolution on purpose and I leave the voxel grid showing, so each object reads as a rendered thing rather than a drawing. A skull split open into a cauliflower brain, an ice cream stacked with eyeballs, a slice of pizza with the cheese caught mid-drip. The palette is deliberately sickly: teal against acid green, custard yellow, hot pink.
The wordmark goes the other way. FOKO in a compressed sans, flat white on black, scattered with four-point stars, clean enough to hold its own next to the renders and to survive being printed small on a garment.
I've applied it to hoodies and headwear as mock-ups. It's a side project rather than a brief, and it's still running.
3D artwork, wordmark and product mock-ups. Ongoing.
